This software is capable of decompiling SWF movies back to its source code and the graphic elements.
Mac SWF Decompiler is al SWF to FLA converter. This utility helps converting SWF files back to their source FLA format or Flex project files (depending on how SWF file was initially compiled). Mac SWF Decompiler is also able to extract SWF elements. You can then save these into a specified file and reuse into another SWF you are trying to create. Elements that could be extracted images, sounds, videos, shapes, texts, morphs, scripts, etc. It is compatible with Flash versions up to Flash CS 6 and conversion of SWF files with a standard Flash preloader (e.g. files with TLF texts). The source FLA files could be easily edited in Flash or Flex environments as appropriate. Graphic elements extracted are organized in separate FLA library groups. These are named logically so that finding and using them is quite easy later.
This has a simple and easy to use interface. It is intuitive enough that most users should get familiar with it quite easily. Getting productive with it should not take much time. The interface makes navigation and preview quite easy with the options available. If for any reason you have lost the source code for your SWF movies, you would be able to easily restore the original code. It then becomes easy to modify and develop the movie further. This is a good product. It has many useful features. If you were looking for a product like this, this is one you could try out.
